Coconut macaroon cookies

300g Fine coconut flakes
170g Coconut mousse
120g Maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of salt
3 Heaped tablespoons ground almonds
2 tbsp. Maple syrup

Do you like coconut? Then you will love these cookies. With their lightness and sweetness, they quickly disappear on any cookie plate.

1. Preheat the oven to 170° C.

2. Mix everything together well, I usually do this in my food processor.

3. Form small balls with your hand and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

4. Now bake everything at 170 ° C for 15-20 min.
